Kutztown, Pennsylvania, United States
Kittie Pain, a seasoned GEM professional and NAGAP member, is the Director of Graduate Enrollment at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Since arriving in 2020, she has created a communication plan for all graduate programs, revitalized and maintained social media sites with relevant content, established admissions policies and procedures, and increased inquiries, applications, and enrollment across four colleges by leveraging data and establishing new business planning models. And she converted to Slate. Before Kutztown, Kittie was the Director of Graduate Enrollment Management at McDaniel College in Maryland. She established digital marketing, launched a new application system, and performed market research to introduce new programs and boost existing ones. Before that, Kittie served as the Associate Director of Adult and Graduate Admissions at Neumann University. There, she steadied enrollment and increased graduate and adult program visibility. While at Neumann University, Kittie revitalized the PAGAP chapter. Before moving to the Philadelphia region, Kittie worked at Drew University in New Jersey, where she worked with major pharmaceutical companies and school districts to recruit students to the non-traditional graduate programs offered by the university.
Kittie has presented on graduate admissions marketing, international student fraud, and small office operations for PAGAP, NAGAP, and EDUWeb.
