Dr. Joseph H. Paris is an academic leader, researcher, and educator specializing in higher education leadership, enrollment management, and student success. In his current role as Dean of the School of Graduate and Professional Studies at Delaware Valley University, he is dedicated to advancing academic excellence and fostering innovation in graduate education. Dr. Paris earned his Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership from Temple University and has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications on topics such as graduate admissions, institutional finance, and factors contributing to student success. A committed educator and scholar, Dr. Paris creates an engaging, student-centered learning environment, teaching courses that explore the complexities of higher education policy, leadership, and economics. A frequent presenter at national conferences, his research has explored the impact of holistic admissions practices and institutional strategies to improve access and equity in postsecondary and graduate education. Dr. Paris also served as co-editor of A Comprehensive Guide to Graduate Enrollment Management: Advancing Research and Practice (Routledge). Dr. Paris actively mentors emerging leaders in higher education and continues to shape the future of graduate education through his scholarship and practice.
