Ryan J. Boyd, M.Ed., is the Associate Director of Admissions for National Recruitment at the University of Cincinnati. In this role, he collaborates with 14 colleges and supports over 400 undergraduate and 350 graduate programs to develop strategic recruitment initiatives. He brings extensive experience from previous roles, including Director of Enrollment Services at The Christ College of Nursing and Senior Director of Student Success at Education at Work.
A proud West Virginian, Ryan earned a B.A. from West Virginia University and an M.Ed. in Higher Education from the American College of Education. His career began as an Admissions Counselor at WVU and expanded into talent recruitment and management roles in the pharmaceutical industry and a non-profit focused on reducing homelessness.
Ryan is active in the community as a staff member of the UC Bearcat Bands, a member of the Cincinnati Tradition Board of Directors, a DCI All-Age Drum Corps, and a Trustee for Rosie Reds, Inc., which supports the Cincinnati Reds. He owns RJB Entertainment, an event planning company, and is a popular trivia host and personality. He is also a dog dad to Oscar, his Goldendoodle.
