Rhonda Austin is Assistant Director of Financial Aid at Ursuline College in Pepper Pike, Ohio. She is the loan specialist in the office and although she processes all loans, her main focus is advising graduate students.
Rhonda has 19 years of experience in higher education, 17 years have been at Ursuline College with a two-year break in the middle, for an adventure in Seattle where she worked at Bastyr University as their work study coordinator.
She earned a BA in history from Ursuline College where several of her professors advised her to pursue a career in higher education, which led her to her current position.
Rhonda enjoys working with students to accomplish their goals and reach their dreams. Students have called Rhonda “a magical goddess” and she has been told that she makes financial aid easier than shopping on Amazon.
