Abigail Gschwend received her M.S.Ed. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Indiana University in May 2021. She currently serves as the Associate Director of Enrollment Management for the Kelley Direct Online MBA at IU’s Kelley School of Business. Abigail enjoys recruiting innovative professionals with a drive for excellence and has a special passion for diversity recruitment and creating a sense of belonging for online students. She has previously served on the MAGAP board and is an alumna of the NAGAP Leadership Academy.
