Teresa Renn, Ed.M. is the associate dean for graduate admission and success at Le Moyne College, a Jesuit institution in Syracuse, N.Y. In this role, she supports the needs of more than 30 different graduate programs in business, education, healthcare and arts administration. Previously, she held positions in student orientation, leadership and engagement at Texas A&M International University in Laredo, Texas, in enrollment management and student affairs with the State University of New York at Fredonia, and as an Association of College and University Housing Officers International graduate intern with Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Md.
A strong advocate for adult learners, her professional interests include the application of leadership theory to practice and supporting the unique needs of both online and on-campus graduate and professional students. She has facilitated leadership development programs at a variety of levels and strives to help individuals reach their full potential through higher education, service-learning, and practical training programs. Teresa earned a bachelor’s degree in arts administration and leadership studies from SUNY Fredonia and a master’s degree in higher education administration from the University at Buffalo. She currently serves as vice president of NYGAP and is co-chair of NAGAP’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
