GEM professionals at every organizational level will benefit from this self-development session by being able to identify important key competencies that are needed to excel in the workplace. During this session four key competencies will be discussed that include: communication, influence, learning agility, and self-awareness. Based on research from the Center for Creative Leadership, attendees will be exposed to what high performance looks like in each competency and how to self-coach to reach that high performance level. This interactive session will also have attendees creating action plans and 'how-to' lists in order to develop each of these key skills.
