This session will discuss the Strategic Enrollment Planning process and how you migrate from Strategic Enrollment Planning to Strategic Enrollment Management. While both processes are necessary, creating strategies and planning the development of each strategy is important; how you take the strategy and begin the implementation process across your division and campus. Discussion will be around how to utilize outside partners, how to collaborate with department across campus and how to codify the outcomes of the strategies developed.
