I am a passionate, detail-oriented, and diligent Graduate Admissions Coordinator at Indiana University's Chemistry Department. I oversee our entire admissions process from the initial application through to matriculation. My day to day encompasses (but is not limited to) the management of our application portal, sending of offer letters and fellowship notifications, overseeing all planning and execution of our recruitment weekend, and includes large amounts of data tracking, analysis, and reporting.
In fall of 2023, I became Google Project Management Certified. I have always had a love for managing projects and coordinating efforts for accomplishing goals in a variety of disciplines. I am also a NAGAP Member and am incredibly interested in graduate enrollment management processes as well as international student application processes.
Additionally, I am currently the Staff Co-Chair of the Indiana University Bloomington LGBTQ+ Faculty and Staff Council and care deeply about preventing discrimination against LGBTQ+ individuals as well as building community among queer people and allies at Indiana University Bloomington. When not working or volunteering, I love to paint, read, and am a bit of a foodie. You can find me checking out local art shows, new restaurants, or traveling (when I can coordinate it).
