Alli Machiaverna has been a dedicated higher education professional for the Rutgers University community since 2013. A proud two-time graduate of Rutgers’ School of Communication and Information (the school she currently works at), she holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Communication and Political Science, as well as a Master’s degree in Communication and Information Studies.
Throughout her time at SC&I, Alli has held various roles within Student Services, consistently demonstrating a deep commitment to enriching the student experience. She is especially passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for prospective students—empowering them as they take their first steps toward graduate education.
In her current role as Assistant Director for Student Recruitment, Alli leads efforts in recruitment, admissions, and enrollment management for the school’s master’s programs, helping future communication and information professionals find their place at Rutgers.
