Annie Nevells currently serves as the Director of Graduate Enrollment and Advising at the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. She has over a decade of experience in Graduate Enrollment Management, working with residential, online, and doctoral programs. Annie is co-chair of NAGAP's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee and actively contributes to advancing inclusive practices in graduate education. She holds an M.Ed. from the University of New Hampshire and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education (EdD) at Plymouth State University, focusing on Higher Education Administration. Her research examines the impact of social programming initiatives on the retention rates of international graduate students, exploring how cultural adaptation, social integration, and a sense of belonging influence their decision to remain enrolled in academic programs abroad.
