Ms. Jody Gordon is the Senior Managing Consultant for AACRAO Consulting. Previously to her role at AACRAO Consulting, Ms. Gordon held the position of Vice President, Students and Enrollment Management, at the University of the Fraser Valley in Abbotsford, Canada. Prior to this she held the position of Associate Vice President, Students at Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU) in Surrey, Canada, served as the Associate Vice-President, Students, at Langara College in Vancouver, Canada, and as the Associate Director, Academic Recourses at Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, Canada. In addition to Ms. Gordon’s administrator roles, she has taught first-year criminology students. Ms. Gordon is the co-author of the books entitled SEM in Action: Implementing and Sustaining Your Plan (2023) and SEM Core Concepts: Leading Toward Learner Success and Campus Enrollment Health (2024). Ms. Gordon presents regularly at higher education conferences across the U.S. and Canada and has published articles on such topics as enrollment management, learner success initiatives, the mobile learner and leadership in higher education.
