With nearly 20 years at the University of Louisville, Tammy is a dedicated higher education professional specializing in student services, academic advising, operational efficiency, and organizational leadership. As a Program Manager in the School of Public Health and Information Sciences, she oversees daily operations related to student support, develops strategic initiatives to enhance the student experience, and ensures compliance with university policies and best practices.
A Student Champion (2021-2024) and Cardinal Leadership Institute graduate (2023), Tammy is deeply committed to fostering student success. She has presented at the National NACADA Conference and plays a key role in faculty and staff development through collaboration.
Beyond administration, Tammy is a part-time lecturer, teaching Organizational Leadership and Learning courses and mentoring students in career development.
She holds a Master of Science in Human Resource and Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Learning, both from the University of Louisville. Passionate about student advocacy, collaboration, and continuous improvement, she is dedicated to creating a positive and supportive academic environment.
