Pam had 20 years of experience in higher education as a professor, department head, researcher, and marketing strategist prior to joining Royall & Company (now EAB Enrollment Services) in 2002. As a consumer behaviorist and statistician, Pam’s considerable experience has allowed her to refine and leverage her ability to ask the right questions to uncover what matters to students and their families as well as alumni and other institutional stakeholders. As Head of Research for EAB Enrollment Services, Pam leads the firm’s survey research programs. Since joining EAB, she has designed and directed more than 500 studies focused on enrollment challenges and opportunities, providing detailed and institution-specific insights that lead to actionable results for hundreds of college and university partners. The customized research programs that she leads at EAB provide timely and valuable information to guide both strategic planning and communications campaigns. Pam earned a BA in religion from Carleton College, an MBA from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a PhD in business administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She is a Trustee for Carleton College and Virginia Union University.
